Kaye is excited to announce that starting in August 2021 we will offer local support and service capabilities to our valued customers on the West Coast of the U.S. Kaye will have dedicated personnel located at our new Fremont, California location who will offer on-site and phone support to customers in the surrounding region.
This expansion is a reflection of how Kaye strives to offer the best support and assistance for our validation, environmental monitoring, and cold chain customers.
“Having team members located in California will be instrumental for our customers on the West Coast,” says Rob Yaffe, Americas Sales Leader. “These customers can now work with local support, meaning they no longer have to worry about the time difference they dealt with when talking to our tech support based out of our East Coast locations.”
Additionally, customers can expect faster response times by shipping equipment to the California site for calibration or maintenance. This will also reduce shipping costs and turnaround time for getting the equipment back in the hands of the customer. If on-site support is needed, customers can rely on our field service engineer for fast access to their site.
