The Kaye NetPac II system streamlines data acquisition in industrial applications through its distributed, industrial I/O network, regarded as one of the most cost-effective systems on the market. Utilizing remote modules, essential process parameters are captured, conditioned, and linearized, while necessary calculations, trend analysis, evaluations, reporting, and data archiving are conducted on the host computer. The robust design and easy network integration make NetPac II a turnkey system that performs excellently compared to other I/O systems. It offers premium quality, high measurement accuracy, very low susceptibility to interference, and the required reliability and data security, even in regulated GxP environments.
Optimal Configurability and Expandability
NetPac II modules can be individually configured to accommodate up to 64 points, with an unlimited number of single modules in a system. This modular approach reduces installation time and wiring costs. A NEMA 4 IP54 installation and a retrofit version provide flexibility for existing Kaye NetPac I multi-module systems.
Intelligent CPU Combination and Independent I/O Modules
Netpac II supports intelligent CPU combinations with independent I/O modules. It supports up to 8 daisy-chained I/O modules and features separate TIC, AI, and DI modules, each with 8 inputs. An onboard 4-port Ethernet switch facilitates communication, while a 32G SD card for data backup can store up to one million samples. Automatic data recovery within one minute ensures operational continuity.

NetPac II is optimal for IoT environments, offering an internal 24V power supply with internal terminal connections for powered 4-20mA inputs.
